PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording disk holder which can be smoothly put in/out of a storage part and is free from damage on an optical surface of the holder when putting it in/out of the storage part. SOLUTION: The recording disk holder 10 is formed of at least two sheets laminated for receiving a recording disk between the sheets. The storage part 70 for the recording disk is formed by sticking the laminated sheets via an adhesive part 30. A storage opening 80 for receiving the disk into the storage part 70 is formed on one of the laminated sheets. In addition, a distance between one of ends of the opening 80 opposing when the sheets are stuck and the other end is formed to be approximately equal to or slightly larger than a diameter of the recording disk.
