PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taximeter capable of storing display or a switch on a front panel having limited area of the taximeter even if the kinds of tariffs increase. SOLUTION: This taximeter comprises: a tariff selection switch and a tariff application switch; a tariff storage means for storing the plurality of previously registered tariffs; a tariff selection means for selecting one from the tariffs stored in the tariff storage means on the basis of a signal from the tariff selection switch, and making the selected tariff in a selection state; and a tariff application means for making the tariff being in the selection state in an application state on the basis of a signal from the tariff application switch.
