PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved white light blocking film in which the color on the reverse surface hardly affects the right surface in a white film having a black printed layer mounted on it, and to provide a surface treating method of the white light blocking film. SOLUTION: The black printed layer 3 is mounted on the reverse surface 2a of the white-based film 2 having a white surface, and a pearl printed layer 5 containing a pearl pigment is mounted on the surface of the white film 2. The surface treating method of the white-based light blocking film is characterized in that the pearl pigment is dispersed on the right surface of the white-based film 2 having the black printed layer 3 on the reverse surface 2a.
