<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a registration work of department information including the limiting number of sheets by department in the case where each of image formation devices carries out department management for each image formation device. <P>SOLUTION: The image formation device used in a system having a plurality of image formation devices connected to a network includes a first means for registering/editing the department information including the limiting number of sheets by department, a second means for transmitting the department information after registered/edited to the other image formation device on the network with the use of IP address information of the other image formation device on the network when the department information is registered/edited, and a third means for receiving and registering the department information when it is sent from the other image formation device on the network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
