PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid driving type trolley conveyor provided with a friction driving function and a linear guide driving function, having a simple conveyor structure, and capable of changing and setting conveyance speed per a conveyance region in a conveyance line and realizing layout design freely and simply. SOLUTION: This hybrid driving type trolley conveyor 10 is composed of a hollow conveyance rail 11 along the conveyance line L, a friction driving means 15 for abutting a friction roller 15a on an upper part slide face 13a of a receiving bar 13 for connection to slide the receiving bar 13 for connection, and a linear guide motor driving means 17 for guiding the receiving bar 13 for connection by providing a primary side stator member 17a at a position where it is separated from and opposes to the upper part slide face 13a of the receiving bar 13 which becomes a secondary side needle member. Since the hybrid driving type conveyor is constituted by the friction driving means for abutting on the receving bar for connection to slide and the linear guide motor driving means provided at the position where it is separated from and opposes to the receiving bar for connection to guide by thrust force by eddy current, the receiving bar for connection is used in common as constituent elements for providing the friction driving function and the linear guide driving function, and the conveyor structure can be simplified to improve operation property and work environment.
