Measurement arrangement for testing and adjusting camber and tracking of a motor vehicle wheel axis, comprises a measurement head on either side of the axle. Each measurement head comprises a support frame (1) with three support bodies (2) that are placed against the wheel rim. The upper support body can be moved up and down an elongated vertical hole. The symmetrical form of the support frame permits its centering in the middle of the rim, while a spirit level (9) ensures both measurement heads are arranged parallel to each other.
