<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel of improved input accuracy that solves the problem wherein under a need for improved input accuracy of a touch panel, the input accuracy is difficult to improve with an existing transparent electrode film. <P>SOLUTION: As at least either of transparent electrode films formed respectively on two transparent electrode substrates constituting the touch panel, a transparent electrode film is used, which is an oxide film comprising either indium (In) or tin (Sn), at least one kind of metallic element selected from the group consisting of titanium (Ti), silicon (Si), nickel (Ni), iridium (Ir), rhodium (Rh), cerium (Ce), zirconium (Zr), thallium (Tl), hafnium (Hf), magnesium (Mg), aluminum (Al), tantalum (Ta), cobalt (Co), lead (Pb), germanium (Ge), chromium (Cr) and zinc (Zn), and oxygen (O), and having a total atomic ratio of the metallic elements: (all metal atoms)/[(In or Sn) + (all metal atoms)] of 2.2 to 40 at%, and which has a film thickness and a specific resistance within a quadrilateral range with vertices at points A to D. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
