PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system and method, an information communication apparatus and method, and a program whereby a user can surely make settings required for communication with a desired wireless communication apparatus as a communication opposite party and also enhance a security level of communication using the settings under an operation system friendly to the user. SOLUTION: When the wireless communication apparatus 3 requests the wireless communication apparatus 11 to transmit communication information required for communication via a wireless network on radio wave 23, the wireless communication apparatus 11 transmits identification information of the wireless network and information with respect to the security which are preset as communication information to the wireless communication apparatus 3 on radio wave 23. The wireless communication apparatus 3 sets the communication information to itself.
