发明名称 MEASURING PROBE FOR QUARTZ RESONATOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a quartz resonator 31 therearound with uniform and prescribed fastening force. SOLUTION: The quartz resonator 31 is placed on a casing 21 with an O-ring 27 interposed therebetween and a lid 22 is fastened with a bolt 28 to support/fix the resonator 31. When fastening the lid 22, a peripheral wall end face 22b of the lid 22 contacts with a casing end face 21a to position the lid 22 relative to the casing 21, and the size (space) of a loading groove 27a in the O-ring 27 is determined (becomes invariable). Therefore, the size of the groove 27a can be adjusted by suitably selecting the degree of the contact, and the height, etc. of a peripheral wall 22a. This determines the pressing force of the O-ring 27, that is, the pressing force (sandwiching force) of the resonator 31. Since this pressing force determines the vibration characteristic of the resonator 31, the pressing force is set so as to give a required vibration characteristic by measuring resonance resistance of its equivalent circuit.
