PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the straight moving stability of a vehicle body and the stability of a vehicle body attitude by absorbing the push-down force of a rear vehicle body at starting or accelerating to prevent the move-down of the rear vehicle body. SOLUTION: A piston valve 2 connected to a piston rod 1 is provided at the inside upper part of a first cylinder 3 and liquid passages 4, 5 are provided in the piston rod 1. A second cylinder 6 is connected to the piston rod 1 at which the liquid passages provided in the piston rod and the inside lower part of the second cylinder 6 having a piston 7 inside are continuously located. Furthermore, a first coil spring 9 is provided between the outside of the first cylinder 3 and the second cylinder 6 and a second coil spring 11 is provided between the piston 7 of the second cylinder 6 and an upper sheet 10, and liquid is filled in the first cylinder 3.
