PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a picture frame from a frame body storing multiple pictures in a picture frame and easily replacing and displaying the picture by providing two-layered pockets for the display and the storage in the rear side of a transparent plate and putting a movable lid on the two-layered pockets and a folding type picture mat for clamping the pictures therebetween and being inserted in the display pocket to maintain an external aesthetic appearance. SOLUTION: This picture frame having the two-layered pockets comprise the display pocket 12 and the storage pocket 13 which are formed by providing an inner plate 2 and a rear plate 3 in the rear side of the transparent plate of the picture frame. The movable lid 8 is put on the two-layered pockets and separately therefrom, this picture frame is provided with the folding picture mat 14 comprising two picture mats with large and small windows.
