The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a hydrogel comprising a carbonic acid ester, a C2-C4 alkyl alcohol, a active substance and a polymer matrix. The invention also relates to the use of a carbonic acid aster as a transdermal permeation agent for an active substanc e in a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a hydrogel, said composition comprising a polymer matrix and a C2-C4 alkyl alcohol. The invention also relates to a perspiration-resistant composition in the form of a hydrogel, comprising an acrylic polymer combined with a cellulose derivative.
