<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advisory system for providing suitable advice concerning building management, and to provide a building management advice providing method and a building management advice providing program. <P>SOLUTION: A computer inputs temperature information from a temperature provided in a building, reads building information concerning an object area from a database storing the building information of the building, calculates heat value information concerning residents in the object area on the basis of the temperature information and the building information, determines the existence of the residents in the object area on the basis of the calculated heat value information, and outputs management information of the building on the basis of a determination result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
