<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel LED lamp, in which a lead wire for connecting an LED assembly to a circuit substrate is arranged, in advance, in an insulating body to be inserted into a post for supporting the LED assembly, and to provide a manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lamp comprises a thermally conductive post having a base and an upper part; a plurality of lead wire passages, and a plurality of lead wires each extending through one of the plurality of lead wire passages, and the end part of the plurality of lead wires includes the insulating body within the post, which appears from the upper part and the base of the post; a head having a plurality of the LED assemblies on the upper part of the post; and the circuit board on the base of the post (for LED assembly); and the lead wires each are connected to each LED assembly and the circuit board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
