PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel repair method capable of surely preventing the water leak for a long period of time without lowering the strength of a tunnel, at the same time, having the excellence in workability, also reducing a construction cost and having beautiful finish. SOLUTION: A base hole 12 is perforated in the vicinity of a joint part with an arch concrete 1 of the upper part of a side wall concrete 2, a plurality of watering holes with an internal diameter smaller than the base hole 12 from the inside thereof are perforated in the direction of a spring reservoir 7 formed in the upper end section of the side concrete, at the same time, a vertical head race 16 coming down to a road surface 18 from the base hole 12 is formed in the front of the side wall concrete 2, a watering hose 15 is buried inside of the vertical head race 16 and, at the same time, a straight stop valve 21 is mounted to the front opening section of the base hole 12 to tightly close up the base hole 12.
