PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-aging cosmetic having an excellent collagenase inhibitory activity, elastase inhibitory activity, active oxygen-scavenging capacity and hyaluronidase inhibitory activity and effective for the protection/prevention/improvement of skin aging.
