PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave absorptive sheet that has a wide high-frequency wave absorbing region and can be reduced in the variation of its wave absorbing effect caused by a difference in incident angle. SOLUTION: This wave absorptive sheet is manufactured by applying a mixture containing an elastic binder, expanded graphite powder, and graphite to a sheet; and by heat-treating the applied mixture.
