PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide spatial area data creation device which easily creates height information of an internal space of a three-dimensional casing without requiring any expensive conversion software. SOLUTION: A shape data reading part 4 performs coordinate conversion so that a triangular face data are arranged on a two-dimensional XY plane serving as a reference face. A grid created by a grid data creation part 7a is formed on the reference face, and a triangular face inside/outside determination part 7c determines whether an intersection between a straight line passing through the center of each grid on the reference face and is parallel to the Z axis, and the triangular face exists inside the triangular face.
