PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new microchannel structure capable of simply forming a functional structure at an arbitrary place even in a preliminarily formed microchannel in an arbitrary form and capable of performing separation, reaction, analysis and the like in a highly controlled manner by the formed structure, its manufacturing method and a microchip device using the microchannel structure.
