PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a driving motor for efficiently performing an elevating work of a driving motor unit and preventing an increase of the weight of a vehicle. SOLUTION: Side members 11 are extended along a front and rear direction on both left and right sides of a motor mounting room 10. A mount member 24 formed in U-shape to connect both left and right sides and a front side of the driving motor unit 17 is supported on the left and right side members 11 via a driving motor mount member 21. A suspension sub-frame 13 is disposed on a lower side of the driving motor unit 17. A U-shaped bottom part 24a of the mount member 24 and the suspension sub-frame 13 are connected by a rod member 25.
