The device has a housing (2) for at least partial enclosing of e.g. hair, with internal jets (4) having nozzle outlets (4'). Intakes (6) and outlets (8) connect housing interior and exterior. The nozzles may be part of a nozzle element (10) and have different alignments. A feed pipe (12) is connected esp. to the nozzle element and is connected esp. to a water source.
