There is provided a measurement device for measuring a digital signal. The measurement device includes: a reference timing detection section for detecting a first timing when the digital signal becomes a first signal level at the edge of the digital signal and a second timing when the digital signal becomes a second signal level which is different from the first signal level; and a timing calculation section for calculating a third timing when the digital signal becomes a predetermined third signal level according to the first signal level, the second signal level, the first timing, and the second timing.
