SOLUTION: A plurality of lens parts L are formed on a base material P by discharging liquid droplets in a lens formation region L'. A manufacturing method includes a process of forming a bank B surrounding the lens formation region L', a process of dyeing the bank B, and a process of forming lens parts L by discharging liquid droplets in the lens formation region L'.
