PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraper device capable of connecting a hollow cylinder with a rotary blade detachably without using a bolt to prevent drop of the rotary blade and a bolt, preventing increase of a granular material adhered layer in a cone by a fixed value or more, the occurrence of consolidation, and increase of friction force between the rotary blade and the adhered layer and driving torque, manufacturing the rotary blade easily with reduced cost, reducing friction force of a bearing to prolong service life, and preventing clogging on an inner side of the hollow cylinder. SOLUTION: This scraper device has the hollow cylinder connected with a secondary side of the conical cone formed below a hopper and rotating in a casing and on an inner side of the casing and the rotary blade attached to the hollow cylinder to prevent clogging and fixation of a granular material and highly viscous fluid caused in the cone and scrape them. A cross sectional shape of the rotary blade is circular arc, a cutout part is provided on an inner face of the hollow cylinder, and a lower end of the rotary blade is detachably fitted in the cutout part.
