PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fur ground excellent in stretchability and durability by using a corded fur. SOLUTION: The fur ground is composed of a corded fur 4 and a stretchable elastic cord 2 having a plurality of circular parts 3 through which the corded fur 4 is caused to pass along its one side edge in the longitudinal direction. The corded fur 4 is caused to pass through the circular parts 3 while being turned back so that its hair side faces outside, hence meanders in the longitudinal direction of the elastic cord 2, and is sewed onto the one side edge of the circular parts 3 or the elastic cord 2.
