SOLUTION: The packaging and applicator system for a makeup for the eyelashes or eyebrows is equipped with a container, a makeup composition and/or beauty care composition being thermally stable and having a prescribed thermal profile, an applicator device (10) for application of the composition, and a heating device (53) to heat the composition to a temperature higher than the melting point of the composition or preferably to a temperature higher than or equal to the final melting point of the composition before, during, or after the application.
