PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning seat device letting a person feel a low sensible temperature of a part where a human body contacts with the seat when sitting thereon and preventing the person from feeling stuffy. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning seat device is provided with a seat body 41, a blower 43, an outlet 45 blowing air sent by the blower 43, and a groove 42 provided on the surface of the seat, in especially along the contact position with the human body, and sends the air from the outlet 45 to the groove 42. The air-conditioning seat device is so formed that the air sent by the blower 43 is blown out from the outlet 45 toward the groove 42, flows sticking to the groove surface by Coanda effect, when a person sits on the seat, deprives the human body of heat, especially around a part where the human body contacts with the groove, by a forced convection and also vaporizes the sweat. This constitution can provide the human body in the seat part, which is generally closed in sitting, with a strong cooling feeling and prevent him/her from feeling stuffy.
