A device for the removal of a blood vessel out of the human body in which the vessel is surrounded by tissues including the feature that the device mainly consists of two distinctive parts, a first part consisting of a rod (10) capable of being introduced inside the vessel (VSM) over a certain length (A) and a second part, consisting of a tube (20), which has at least a length (A) and which can be pushed over the vessel (VSM) in order to isolate and dissect this vessel completely from the surrounding tissue, one extremity of said tube (20) being provided with at least one, preferable two to four, longitudinal slots (24), leaving between them portions in the shape of fingers (25) extending towards the extremity (22) of the tube (20). The device according to the invention provides means for the removal and/or the harvesting of blood vessels out of the human body. |
