<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for powder-blasting which enables application of a low output laser with an output of several tens mW, is excellent in abrasion resistance, and enables an application of a pattern with a high aspect ratio to a material to be worked, and also to provide a method of manufacturing a powder-blasted article using the laminate. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate for powder-blasting is prepared by forming a masking material made of a polyurethane resin composition containing a fine metallic article dispersed liquid on the surface of the material to be worked, and radiating laser light from the side of the masking material according to a desired pattern. A blast material is mad to collide against the laminate from the side of the masking material, thereby forming a fine pattern according to the fine pattern on the material, and the masking material is removed.
