PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet comprising an olefinic resin, enhanced in weatherability and adapted to the production of a decorative material. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet is constituted by a laminating process using a layer, which comprises an olefinic resin such as transparent polypropylene or the like, as a main layer and this layer (a topcoating layer or a layer such as an olefinic resin layer or the like provided under the topcoating layer) contains an organic ultraviolet absorber.
