PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement collector for a pet, which is used for collecting the excrements of the pet such as a dog, has a simple structure, and can be made at a low cost. SOLUTION: This excrement collector for the pet comprises a bag 1 for receiving excrements and an excrement-collecting tool 2 for holding the opening 1a of the bag 1. The excrement-collecting tool 2 is formed from a flexible plastic material. When the first and second holding portions 6, 7 are held and then brought close each other, the first and second bag-holding portions 3, 4 are circularly deformed to form the opening portion 1a of the bag 1. When the mutual approach of the first and second holding portions 6, 7 is opened, the first and second bag-holding portions 3, 4 are brought close each other to close the opening portion of the bag.
