PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-priced dynamic pressure bearing device having high durability. SOLUTION: This dynamic pressure bearing device is provided with a shaft 1 and a sleeve 5 to be rotatably fitted to each other, and a dynamic pressure generating groove is provided in the inside surface of the sleeve 5 in, at least, two positions, and a clearance between the shaft 1 and the sleeve 5 is filled with the lubricating fluid 10. The sleeve 5 is made of the resin material, and the sleeve 5 is provided with a thick part, which is formed thicker than other parts and provided between parts of the sleeve 5 formed with the dynamic pressure generating grooves, and a volume increased part formed by shape shrinkage of the thick part.
