The device is for precise sizing of laminate flooring panels without the use of a saw. A panel (5) is fitted into a holder (1), and fixed in place against a stop (6). A lever (2) is pressed down to move a holder (3) with suitably shaped blade (4) down into the panel to cut it to size.
