FIELD: building and mining industries; control and monitoring of crushing and milling machines. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a system to control and monitor operation of a lubrication station of a milling plant, that may be used in building, mining and other industries. The technical result is an advantage to eliminate simple malfunctions in operation of a lubrication station without a shut-down of a milling plant and with its shut-down in the case of critical malfunctions. For the purpose the system contains the inspection instrumentation equipment reacting to the critical values of the measured parameters by switching-off the plant operation. At that the system contains the instrumentation tracking the operating state of the lubricant station. The instrumentation contains: gauges measuring running parameters, a unit of determination of "normal" and "dangerous" parameters, a unit of functional control over the lubrication station switching on at detection of a "dangerous mode parameter"; a reserve lubrication station switching on in the case the unit of functional control fails to eliminate "dangerous mode parameter" within the fixed time span. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures an advantage to eliminate simple malfunctions in operation of a lubrication station without a shut-down of a milling plant. ^ 1 dwg |
