摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality and high performance liquid crystal display panel having a structure in which the low-voltage driving is possible, too, while maintaining a sufficient moisture resistance in a protective film formed on the uppermost layer of a TFT array substrate. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal, which is poured and sealed between the TFT array substrate and a counter substrate, is possible to drive at low voltages in a pixel part without being directly affected by the external humidity, while maintaining high quality by forming the film thickness of the protective film 7 to be formed on the uppermost layer of the TFT array substrate so as to become thicker at an electrode terminal part rather than at the pixel part. Further, in the electrode terminal part, too, which is a peripheral part of a display area, a thin film in the vicinity of an exposed electrode terminal 22 is capable of sufficiently maintaining moisture resistance and keeping high quality by the protective film 7 formed so as to have an enough thickness.</p>
