<p>The invention concerns an expansible intragastric balloon (1) for treating obesity, designed to implanted in the stomach to reduce its volume, said balloon (1) comprising a first flexible pouch (2) provided with first connecting means (3), for receiving a connecting member (6) designed to be connected to a first fluid source, to expand said first pouch (2) in the stomach by filling it with the fluid. The invention is characterized in that it comprises at least a second flexible pouch (20) provided with second connecting means (3'), said second connecting means (3') being separated from the first connecting means (3), so as to be connected to a second fluid source different from the first fluid source.
