PURPOSE: A locking device of a tail gate for vehicle is provided to prevent collision between a tail gate glass and freight loaded on a loop rack by preventing a releasing state of the locking device of the tail gate in an opening state of the tail gate glass. CONSTITUTION: A locking device includes a rod, a controller, and a tail gate lockout handle. The controller is used for locking or unlocking a latch according to the operational direction of the rod(110). The tail gate lockout handle is used for locking or unlocking a tail gate according to a locking state or an unlocking state of the latch. An insertion groove(111) is formed at the rod of the locking device(100). An operational member(150) is installed at the insertion groove in order to shift the rod to a lower part. A tail gate lock(320) comes in contact with one side of the operational member in order to release the locking force of a tail gate striker(310). |
