The system has an interrogation module and, an embedded module having a transmitter, receiver and driver identification reader (B-4) e.g. smart card reader. The reader (B-4) is coupled to an authentication device e.g. keyboard and a vehicle identification reader (B-5). The reader (B-5) functions directly through a vehicle control system, input/output system e.g. speed sensor or through a central unit e.g. computer.
