FIELD: determination of physical and chemical properties of substances. ^ SUBSTANCE: the detector has a flow-through ion-drift chamber with two main electrodes located in it near the opposite end walls. The flow-through ion-drift chamber is combined with a thermodesorber, whose casing is one of the end face walls of the flow-through ion-drift chamber, it is made in the form of a metal flange attached to the hollow cylindrical casing of the flow-through ion-drift chamber and having a through cylindrical cavity accommodating an isolating ring with the metal framework of the thermodesorber installed in it, provided with a heater fastened on it. The metal flange has a spring-loaded cover and a hole in the form of a slot for installation of the supporting structure with the taken sample of analyzed toxicants. ^ EFFECT: reduced loss of determined substances. ^ 2 dwg
