PURPOSE: A copy guard optical recording medium is provided to include main contents sessions and auxiliary contents sessions where information for converting contents information stored in the main contents sessions is recorded, thereby realizing a copy guard function. CONSTITUTION: Main contents sessions(100.1-100.n) are recorded with contents information reproduced by a reading device, and include information for displaying that a kind of the recorded contents information is a data content reproducible by supporting a specific application program. Auxiliary contents sessions(102) are recorded with auxiliary contents information for converting the contents information included in the main contents sessions(100.1-100.n) into the data contents. The auxiliary contents information is recorded according to a copy guard method of the data contents.
