PURPOSE: Provided are a method of preparing tumor vaccine for the inducement of anti-tumor activity, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. As using the same, tumor is ultimately prevented and treated by endowing tumor with immunogenicity. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing tumor vaccine is characterized by containing an tumor antigen obtained from the inactivated tumor cell, wherein the inactivated tumor cell is obtained by heat-treating a tumor cell derived from tumor and the inactivated tumor cell has increased immunogenicity to tumor.
