PURPOSE: A construction panel is provided to minimize load of the building by charging urethane foam including mud or healthy ingredients in the upper or lower textile, to construct the panel easily by binding firmly with the connecting yarn, to prevent heat and moisture by radiating the anion from loess or tourmaline, and to restrict fire by making the panel of incombustible material. CONSTITUTION: A construction panel is composed of a panel body(10) having a coating layer(13) coating the sides of an upper textile(11) and a lower textile(12) for waterproofing and a space part(16) by spacing the lower textile from the upper textile, connecting the upper textile to the lower textile by a connecting yarn(14), and sealing the edges of the upper textile and the lower textile, and urethane foam charged in the space part between the upper textile and the lower textile of the tube type panel body and mixed with an auxiliary member(50).
