PURPOSE: An assembly structure of a steering device for a vehicle is provided to improve an assembly process, to shorten the assembly time, and to increase production efficiency by quickly assembling separated connection shafts on an assembly line by jointing an upper connection shaft and a steering shaft as one part and jointing a lower connecting shaft and a gear box as one part. CONSTITUTION: In forming a connection shaft(100) for linking a steering shaft and a gear box, the connection shaft is divided into two parts. A semicircular fitting unit(121) having a serration projection(122) on the outer peripheral surface is formed at the upper end of a lower connection shaft(120). A semicircular fitting groove(112) having a serration groove(113) on the inner peripheral surface is formed at the lower end of the upper connection shaft. Tightening units(114a,114b) are separated to face each other and arranged at the side of the fitting groove. A fixing member(111) is formed with bolt holes(115) corresponding to each other and disposed at the side of the fitting groove.
