PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor, which can be manufactured inexpensively and has superior heat radiation property. SOLUTION: The electrolytic capacitor C1 has a pair of electrode terminals 5, 5, and a conductive heat radiating member 10A fitted to be in contact with either of the electrode terminals. Either of a pair of wiring terminals 30, 30 is electrically connected to the heat radiating member 10A, which is arranged between the electrode terminal 5 and the wiring terminal 30. The electrode terminals 5 has a screw hole 6, into which a fastening bolt 20 is screwed down to fasten together the electrode terminals 5, the heat radiating member 10A, and the wiring terminal 30.
