The present invention provides a VOC-free crystal-clear oil-in-water microemulsion containing up to 30% w/w of an oil, a surfactant system containing a majority of ionic surfactants and a minority of non-ionic surfactants, a w/w oil/surfactant system ratio above 1, up to 10% w/w of a solubilizing-aid ingredient which is not a surfactant neither a VOC compound, and at least 60% of water. The present invention concerns also the articles associated with said microemulsion. |
