PURPOSE: A method for producing seasoning liquid by extracting Phellinus linteus, Flammulina velutipes and Tricholoma matsutake in water is provided. The product containing β-glucan softens the texture of foods while improving the taste and is beneficial to the human health. CONSTITUTION: To make the seasoning liquid, Phellinus linteus, Flammulina velutipes and Tricholoma matsutake are mixed, washed with water and extracted in water at 200deg.C for 4hr or more. |
