The microprocessor causes a transmitter (40) to transmit control signals to the device to alter the state of the device, based on information received on a network. The microprocessor then updates the stored representation of the state of the device to correspond with the altered state of the device. An independent claim is also included for a method for interfacing a device.</p> |
