PURPOSE: An apparatus for scribing an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel is provided to prevent the body of a cutting wheel from abrasion. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for scribing an LCD panel includes a spindle type cutting wheel(100), a cutting blade(110), a pair of holders(121,122), and supports(131,132). The cutting blade is placed on the circumference of the center of the cutting wheel. The holders hold the cutting wheel. The supports are included in the holders to fix and support the cutting wheel. The cutting wheel has symmetrical conical forms. The body of the supports has a cylindrical shape and has a through-hole at the center.
