TEMPERATURE DETECTOR REPLACING DEVICE OF GAS TURBINE, CAPABLE OF SOLVING INEFFICIENT MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS AS A PAUSE TIME OF EQUIPMENT INCREASES IN EMERGENTLY STOPPING THE EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A temperature detector replacing device of a gas turbine is provided to solve inefficient management problems as a pause time of equipment increases in emergently stopping the equipment by frequent breakdown and a false signal by replacing a temperature detector without stopping the gas turbine. CONSTITUTION: A temperature detector replacing device of a gas turbine is composed of a fixing gear, a moving wheel, and a guide rail for moving an exhaust gas temperature detector to an assembly position and guiding the movement; a reduction gear box operated by a motor; a fan(2) for supplying sealing air in replacing the temperature detector; a checking box(3) for cutting off the leakage of high-temperature gas in drawing out the temperature detector; a vertically moving unit(1-2) for moving vertically up to the temperature detector; a column-shaped spanner(4) inserted into a temperature detector fixing nut to dismantle the temperature detector; a cable pulling unit(5) for pulling upward a cable of the temperature detector; a bearing(10) and a rotary nut(9) for moving up and down the vertically moving unit; a box spanner(8) for operation of the rotary nut; a tool box(1-3) for fixing and keeping the cable pulling unit and the column-shaped spanner; an operation monitoring window(1-5) for checking the inside; a lighting unit(1-6) for lightening up the inside; a thermometer(1-11) for monitoring the internal temperature; and a pressure gauge(1-12) for checking pressure in a body.
