<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice ball production machine for producing high-quality rice ball by wrapping in ingredients through closing the ingredient hole of the rice ball to prevent the ingredients from contacting with hand, spilling off or contacting with laver. <P>SOLUTION: The rice ball production machine has the following structure and mechanism: One side of an intermittently turnable molding disk 2 having molding holes 1 therearound is equipped with a wrapping-in unit 13 comprising openable nearing pawls 12, 12 and 12 and a boiled rice lifter 10 facing each other, and in such a condition that the top of ingredient-inserted boiled rice is lifted on the molding disc 2 by the lifter 10, an ingredient-inserting part is closed by joining the nearing pawls 12, 12 and 12 together to wrap the ingredients in. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
